Point sampling

Click anywhere on the plot. The pixel under your cursor is matched to the nearest legend color via hue-distance matching, then mapped back to a scalar.

  • Sub-pixel snap to legend bands (discrete) or stops (continuous)

  • Band assumption setting: upper bound, average, or lower bound

Line probes

Drag a line across any feature to extract a 1-D profile. The results panel shows min, max, mean, and standard deviation in one glance.

  • Arrow tip and dimension-line tick marks at each endpoint
  • Optional physical length label at midpoint (set units in legend)
